Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHR/EMR Business Analyst to support enterprise healthcare systems in a remote capacity for Wisconsin residents only.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain vendor managed EHR/EMR applications, including upgrades, configurations, and testing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workflow improvements and system optimizations
• Gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements in a HIPAA regulated environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR systems
• Experience maintaining vendor managed software, including testing, upgrades, and configuration
• Experience working with stakeholders to document requirements and improve business processes
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulated environments
