Job Summary

A company is looking for a Governance Manager / Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage logistics and planning for Board and committee meetings, including preparation of materials
  • Ensure compliance with corporate bylaws and onboarding requirements for new directors
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives and monitor governance best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in corporate governance or as an executive assistant
  • Two to four years of experience in corporate governance or as an executive assistant
  • Experience in Health Insurance preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Advanced analytic skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
