Job Summary
A company is looking for a Governance Manager / Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage logistics and planning for Board and committee meetings, including preparation of materials
- Ensure compliance with corporate bylaws and onboarding requirements for new directors
- Provide administrative support to senior executives and monitor governance best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in corporate governance or as an executive assistant
- Two to four years of experience in corporate governance or as an executive assistant
- Experience in Health Insurance preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Advanced analytic skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
