Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Call Center Specialist for contract to hire opportunities in Madison, WI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from consumers and providers regarding Medicaid processes and document inquiries
  • Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and performance metrics while facilitating caller requests for materials
  • Transfer or escalate calls to appropriate staff and provide translation services for non-English speaking callers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is required
  • Two years of work experience in a call center or healthcare industry
  • Experience in data entry and handling sensitive inquiries
  • Ability to use multiple computer systems for data access and input
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
