Job Summary

A company is looking for a healthcare IT analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operational administration of the adult long-term care (LTC) provider enrollment system
• Conduct data analysis and provide policy support by utilizing SAS and OnBase for data extraction and reporting
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve system issues and present data findings to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst role related to State Medicaid and MMIS or similar healthcare systems
• Experience in provider management, member eligibility and enrollment, claims, and benefit plans
• Proficiency in system project management and data analysis
• Preferred certification as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CABP)
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAS Systems, Tableau, and/or other data analysis software
