Job Summary
Seeking a customer-focused Wisconsin Help Desk Consultant, the full-time remote position will provide first-level troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, networking, and access-related services while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer support requests

- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the Incident Management System
