Job Summary
Serving as the primary relationship manager for employer groups, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Account Manager will focus on retaining existing clients, managing annual renewals, and ensuring exceptional support for brokers and groups, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Address clients' operational issues and concerns to enhance retention
- Collaborate with underwriting and actuarial teams to develop pricing and renewal strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers to ensure a positive customer experience
Required qualifications:
- Active Life & Health license preferred, with training provided for candidates without it
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three or more years of relevant experience preferred
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
