Job Summary
Providing superior customer service remotely, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Account Manager will coach policyholders on coverage options, process endorsements and renewals, and maintain strong agency relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Coach policyholders on selecting appropriate coverage and process endorsements and renewals
- Act as a technical resource for questions and assist in training and developing standard operating procedures
- Cross-sell additional products and maintain strong agency relationships by keeping agents informed of customer circumstances
Required qualifications
- Agent's license or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire (cost covered by the company)
- Prior agency experience with advanced knowledge of Commercial Lines Insurance
- Excellent technology skills and ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment
- High school diploma or GED; associate's degree or coursework preferred
- Completion of CISR, CIC, CPCU, or introductory insurance courses is a plus
