Job Summary

Processing litigated accounts for patients represented by attorneys, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Account Specialist will handle communications with legal representatives, collect relevant information, and ensure compliance with industry regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process litigated accounts by contacting attorneys and collecting necessary demographic and insurance information
• Follow department processes to ensure compliance with industry laws and regulations
• Educate patients and attorneys on the healthcare revenue cycle and repayment programs

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 9+ months of experience in collections, legal, or insurance industry
• 1+ year(s) of experience making sound decisions and resolving problems preferred
• Must reside in the state of Wisconsin
