Job Summary

Processing accounts for patients represented by attorneys, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Account Specialist will handle litigated accounts involving various legal matters while working remotely and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Processes litigated accounts by contacting attorneys and collecting relevant information
• Follows department processes with a focus on compliance with industry laws and regulations
• Educates patients and attorneys on the healthcare revenue cycle and repayment programs

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 9+ months of experience in collections, legal, or insurance industry
• 1+ year of experience making sound decisions and resolving problems preferred
• Must reside in the state of Wisconsin
