Job Summary

Processing litigated accounts for patients represented by attorneys, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Account Specialist will engage with legal representatives and patients to gather information and resolve inquiries, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Processes litigated accounts by contacting attorneys and collecting relevant information through various communication methods
• Follows compliance procedures and engages in active listening to address and resolve caller concerns
• Educates patients and attorneys on the healthcare revenue cycle and available repayment programs

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 9+ months of experience in collections, legal, or insurance industries
• 1+ year(s) of experience making sound decisions and resolving problems preferred
• Must reside in the state of Wisconsin
