Job Summary

Processing litigated accounts for patients represented by attorneys, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Account Specialist will engage with legal representatives and patients while ensuring compliance with industry regulations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Processes litigated accounts by contacting attorneys and collecting relevant information through various communication channels
• Ensures adherence to department processes and compliance with industry laws and regulations
• Educates patients and attorneys on the healthcare revenue cycle and repayment programs to enhance financial well-being

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 9+ months of experience in collections, legal, or insurance industry
• 1+ year(s) of experience making sound decisions and resolving problems preferred
• Must reside in the state of Wisconsin
• Previous collections or customer service experience preferred
