Job Summary

Processing litigated accounts for patients represented by attorneys, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Account Specialist will manage communications with legal representatives and patients, ensuring compliance with industry regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Processes litigated accounts by contacting attorneys and collecting relevant information while documenting in internal systems
• Follows compliance procedures and engages in active listening to resolve issues with patients and attorneys
• Educates patients and attorneys on healthcare revenue cycles and repayment programs to improve financial well-being

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 9+ months of experience in collections, legal, or insurance industry required
• 1+ year of experience making sound decisions and resolving problems preferred
• Must reside in the state of Wisconsin
• Previous collections or customer service experience preferred
