Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Advanced Planning Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with financial advisors on clients' planning goals through daily communications
• Train financial representatives and clients' representatives at various events
• Research and write content for publications and contribute to company-wide projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in at least one state
• Minimum of five years of tax, financial planning, and/or legal experience
• Knowledge and experience in planning for high-net-worth clients
• FINRA Series 6 or Series 7, or attainment within six months of hire
