Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Wisconsin Licensed Applications Analyst, the role involves managing the implementation and support of EPIC Healthy Planet and Compass Rose applications, enhancing workflows, and collaborating with clinical staff while eligible for remote work within specified states.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct project management activities and improve existing application systems
• Assist departments in utilizing applications to enhance patient safety and departmental workflow
• Evaluate systems and prepare analyses of alternatives for application enhancements

Required qualifications

• EPIC Healthy Planet & Compass Rose certification and experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or 2-5 years of relevant healthcare/IT experience
• Experience with clinical assessment, protocol development, and project management
• Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse clinical and administrative teams
