Job Summary

To support the growth of Archimedes, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Assistant General Counsel will manage a team providing legal support, focusing on contracts, compliance, and strategic planning in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal analysis and counsel on contracts, regulations, and organizational strategies
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Collaborate with teams to maintain compliance and support new initiatives from a legal perspective

Required qualifications

• Completion of a Juris Doctorate, LLM, or equivalent degree from an ABA accredited law school
• License to practice law in at least one US state; Wisconsin license preferred
• 6+ years of relevant legal experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Commitment to compliance program objectives and ethical practices
