Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Assistant General Counsel in Regulatory Affairs will manage a team providing legal support on complex healthcare laws, corporate licensing, and compliance with legislative changes, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal analysis and counsel on federal and state healthcare laws and manage corporate licensing
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Update and approve policies and procedures related to legal needs while maintaining knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Required qualifications

• Completion of a Juris Doctorate, LLM, or equivalent degree from an ABA accredited law school
• License to practice law in at least one US state; Wisconsin preferred
• 6+ years of legal experience required
• Experience with Microsoft Office software programs
• Commitment to compliance program objectives and respectful interaction with colleagues
