Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Assistant Processor will manage the mortgage loan process remotely, ensuring files progress efficiently from application through closing while providing exceptional service to borrowers and third-party partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and prepare incoming loan files for processing and underwriting
- Maintain accurate borrower and loan information within the loan origination system

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Loan Processor or in a related mortgage operations role
