Job Summary
To provide virtual support for high-quality psychoeducational groups, the part-time Wisconsin Licensed Behavior Specialist will deliver remote services, assess behavior functions, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate virtual psychoeducational groups and assess patient environments to identify triggers and supports
- Guide patients through skill practice in real-world situations and manage virtual group dynamics
- Document mental health services and participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in human services, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent) if working in an Addiction Recovery program
- At least 12 months of relevant Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment (CBT) experience
- Compliance training for Residential Care Center (RCC) and Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) preferred
- Training on telehealth platforms and technical troubleshooting with patients
