Job Summary

A company is looking for a Broker Account Executive in Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerages through effective territory management and superior service
  • Identify new sales opportunities and collaborate strategically with individual producers
  • Generate reports on activities and market conditions to inform sales strategies and achieve sales goals
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role, preferably in group health insurance or brokerage
  • Current life, accident, and health insurance license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of starting
  • Consultative selling skills and ability to collaborate across internal teams
  • Proficiency in sales enablement technology, including Salesforce, Slack, and G-Suite
  • Ability to operate effectively in a remote environment and build relationships virtually
