Key Responsibilities

Assist with finalizing requirements for a government public sector Salesforce implementation
Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes related to system and user needs
Formulate business processes to support overall business strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
Five or more years of experience with Salesforce business analysis
Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent process reengineering
Two years of previous government experience preferred
Experience with Jira software is a plus
