Job Summary

Supporting complex data initiatives for Medicaid and FoodShare programs, the contract Wisconsin Licensed Business Intelligence Architect will perform data reporting lifecycle tasks, including requirements gathering, technical development, and compliance with state and federal regulations, while working remotely with monthly onsite meetings in Madison, Wisconsin.

Key responsibilities

• Perform analysis, development, and evaluation of complex reports to support Medicaid and FoodShare data initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate policy language into technical specifications
• Review regulatory changes and implement necessary revisions to ensure compliance with reporting frameworks

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis and Report Development
• 3+ years of Stakeholder Engagement and Requirements Gathering experience
• 3+ years in Regulatory Compliance & Policy Integration
• 3+ years of Documentation & Project Leadership experience
• 3+ years supporting State Medicaid and MMIS or similar healthcare systems in relevant functional areas
