Job Summary
Providing telephonic clinical assessments, the part-time Wisconsin Licensed Call Center Nurse will analyze patient health statuses, recommend care based on clinical protocols, and coordinate services while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Assess patients' health statuses and recommend appropriate care based on clinical judgment and protocols
- Analyze and investigate non-standard requests and health concerns, providing explanations and information within the area of expertise
- Coordinate services and referrals to health programs and community services while identifying potential care gaps
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN licensure in Wisconsin
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Ability to work Monday - Friday from 10:00am - 6:30pm CST or 8:00am - 4:30pm CST
