Job Summary

Responsible for recovering charged-off accounts, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Charge Off Collector will negotiate payment arrangements and settlements while working remotely, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with consumers and authorized third parties
• Negotiate payments, settlements, and repayment plans while addressing consumer concerns
• Utilize skip tracing tools to locate consumers and prepare account-related correspondence

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of FDCPA and collection regulations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional phone and basic computer skills
• Ability to manage difficult conversations and work a flexible schedule
