Job Summary

A company is looking for a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments, determine diagnoses, and prescribe medications for patients
• Engage in quality initiatives, treatment planning, and maintain communication with staff and families
• Participate in team-based multidisciplinary care and assist with community outreach efforts

Required Qualifications

• Licensed as an MD or DO with specialization in psychiatry
• Board certification is strongly preferred; board-eligible candidates are also considered
• Graduate of an accredited medical school and completed a GME accredited residency
• Two or more years of experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting is preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a behavioral health organization is preferred
