Job Summary

Managing mid-level and higher-level auto claims, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Claims Adjuster will analyze damages, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with company standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manages auto commercial and personal lines claims by gathering information, assigning reserve values, and settling claims within authority limits
• Assesses liability, resolves claims, and communicates actions with claimants and clients
• Oversees subrogation processes and ensures proper documentation of claim files

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Four (4) years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience required
• Professional certification as applicable to the line of business preferred
• Secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position
• Subject matter expertise in insurance principles and laws related to the line of business handled
