Job Summary
Experienced Wisconsin Licensed Claims Adjusters will find a fully remote opportunity to manage and resolve complex workers' compensation claims, ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims effectively
- Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of experience adjusting workers' compensation claims
- Active Adjusters' licenses in relevant jurisdictions (WI, SD, MN)
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with claims and business software
