Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Wisconsin Licensed Claims Adjuster will manage complex workers compensation claims, utilizing over 5 years of experience to analyze claims exposure, ensure effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while making informed decisions
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are being handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
