Job Summary

Experienced in workers' compensation claims, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze and resolve complex workers' compensation claims
• Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
