Job Summary

Experienced in workers compensation claims, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service to claimants while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process to facilitate resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
