Job Summary

To support travelers during challenging times, the full-time remote Wisconsin Licensed Claims Adjuster will investigate and resolve travel medical claims with speed and empathy while ensuring compliance with underwriting and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve travel medical claims end-to-end
• Maintain clear, timely updates to customers, providers, and partners on claim status
• Identify potential fraud/waste/abuse and collaborate with the investigative team

Required qualifications

• Proven experience handling accident and sickness/travel medical claims, including complex domestic and international cases
• Current (or ability to obtain) state adjuster licensing
• A belief that claims processing should enhance the customer experience
• Comfort working with data, forms, spreadsheets, and policy wordings
• Strength in writing, negotiation, and organization
