Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Analyst - Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle medical only Workers Compensation claims ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Conduct investigations, maintain proper files, and obtain necessary medical records
• Provide superior customer service and address inquiries from various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with 5 years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree preferred
• General knowledge of insurance and/or claims is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Willingness to obtain non-resident adjuster licenses for mandatory states
• Commitment to continuing education to maintain licensing
