A company is looking for a Claims Examiner, General Liability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process complex general liability claims to determine exposure and manage claims to resolution
• Negotiate settlements and manage the litigation process to ensure timely claims resolution
• Communicate claim activity with clients and maintain professional relationships while ensuring proper documentation

Required Qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
• Adjusters license required
