• Manage moderate to complex claims with minimal supervision
• Conduct thorough investigations, evaluate damages and liability, and negotiate settlements
• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to customer service and audit guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field
• Associate in Claims designation
• Associate in General Insurance designation
• CPCU coursework or other continuing education
• Prior experience handling large and complex claims
