Job Summary
Analyzing and processing low to mid-level auto and transportation claims, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Claims Representative will assess damage, manage claims documentation, and ensure timely resolution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process auto property damage and lower level injury claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
- Develop and maintain action plans to meet state-required deadlines and facilitate claim resolution
- Communicate claim actions with insured parties, clients, and agents while maintaining professional relationships
Required qualifications
- Three years of personal or commercial line property claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements
- Ability to review and assess Property Damage estimates and negotiate claims effectively
- Knowledge of total loss processing and state salvage forms preferred
