Job Summary

Analyzing and processing low to mid-level auto and transportation claims, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Claims Representative will assess damage, manage claims documentation, and ensure timely resolution while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process auto property damage and lower level injury claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Develop and maintain action plans to meet state-required deadlines and facilitate claim resolution
• Communicate claim actions with insured parties, clients, and agents while maintaining professional relationships

Required qualifications

• Three years of personal or commercial line property claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements
• Ability to review and assess Property Damage estimates and negotiate claims effectively
• Knowledge of total loss processing and state salvage forms preferred
