Job Summary

Leading a team of Workers Compensation claims professionals, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Claims Supervisor will manage various caseloads, promote best practices, and drive talent development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Guide the team in adhering to best practices and optimizing claims handling processes
• Manage workloads and define team goals to enhance efficiency and performance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are managed
• Prior leadership experience of 1-2+ years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of all team member-related functions
