Job Summary

Proactive and client-focused, the remote Wisconsin Licensed Client Account Manager will manage key client relationships, ensure exceptional service delivery, and drive account success through effective communication and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular touchpoints
  • Respond to client and carrier inquiries promptly, troubleshoot issues, and manage account activities including reporting and project coordination
  • Prepare and present account performance reports while collaborating cross-functionally with operations and production teams
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional experience or education preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, logistics, or operations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
