Job Summary
Proactive and client-focused, the remote Wisconsin Licensed Client Account Manager will manage key client relationships, ensure exceptional service delivery, and drive account success through effective communication and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular touchpoints
- Respond to client and carrier inquiries promptly, troubleshoot issues, and manage account activities including reporting and project coordination
- Prepare and present account performance reports while collaborating cross-functionally with operations and production teams
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional experience or education preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, logistics, or operations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
