Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Client Care Services Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized client support by addressing inquiries and servicing options in a call center environment
• Resolve client and Financial Representative inquiries, escalating complex issues as necessary
• Foster professional relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty while adhering to confidentiality standards

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in business or related field or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience
• Advanced understanding of investment or income markets and products
• Basic understanding of tax implications
• Required registration as a Registered Representative under NMIS guidelines, including Series 63, Series 6, and SIE certifications
