Job Summary

To shape pediatric behavioral health across the Wisconsin market, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Clinic Director will provide strategic leadership and oversight, ensuring high-quality clinical care while managing a team of clinicians in a hybrid work environment with 20% travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the quality of clinical care across the market, auditing charts and partnering with leaders on clinic health metrics
• Hire, train, and develop clinical staff, ensuring adherence to Brightline's standards and protocols
• Maintain a limited caseload while providing psychological testing, therapy, and diagnostic evaluations for youth

Required qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or a closely related field
• Active psychologist license with expertise in child and adolescent behavioral health
• Experience in leading clinical programs and providing supervision to associate-level clinicians
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing the market
• Preferred experience in building teams and systems in a startup or high-growth environment
