Job Summary

Providing patient-centered care on weekends, the part-time Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with the interprofessional team to ensure high-quality outcomes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess patient conditions and develop collaborative care plans
• Demonstrates clinical expertise in assigned specialties and performs all functions of a professional clinical nurse
• Implements strategies to enhance patient experience and improve care processes while maintaining quality and satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
