Job Summary
Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will work remotely in a full-time capacity, supporting pharmacy solutions programs, conducting prior authorization reviews, and collaborating with clinical teams to enhance pharmacy management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate prior authorization criteria and Preferred Drug List management
- Conduct retrospective Drug Utilization Review initiatives and consult with prescribers on prescribing practices
- Lead operational initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing management of pharmacy programs
Required Qualifications and Education
- Registered Pharmacist with active State Licensure
- PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical pharmacy or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
- Knowledge of Medicaid at the state and/or federal level
- Experience with P&T Committee and DUR Board participation
