Job Summary

Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will work remotely in a full-time capacity, supporting pharmacy solutions programs, conducting prior authorization reviews, and collaborating with clinical teams to enhance pharmacy management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and evaluate prior authorization criteria and Preferred Drug List management
  • Conduct retrospective Drug Utilization Review initiatives and consult with prescribers on prescribing practices
  • Lead operational initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing management of pharmacy programs
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Registered Pharmacist with active State Licensure
  • PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical pharmacy or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
  • Knowledge of Medicaid at the state and/or federal level
  • Experience with P&T Committee and DUR Board participation
