Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Preceptor.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical subject matter expert and mentor for Network Managers and Business Contacts
• Utilize precepting tools to guide preceptees in meeting clinical objectives and quality standards
• Provide training, monitor productivity, and document performance observations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure strongly preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing catastrophic injury and chronic pain cases, with CCM certification required
• Prior experience mentoring and teaching adult learners required
• Experience using EDDG required
