Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counselor and Clinical Therapist - Mental Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide confidential employee counseling, referral, aftercare, and follow-up services
• Deliver outpatient counseling services and develop therapeutic treatment plans for patients, groups, or families
• Manage caseload documentation and collaborate as a team member within the Behavioral Health program

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology, social work, psychology, community counseling, educational counseling, or professional counseling
• Licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or SAC is required
• Membership in a professional EAP organization is beneficial
• In-training licenses are not supported at this time
