Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counselor and Clinical Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to individuals, groups, or families for psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues
• Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans and manage caseload documentation
• Participate as a team member in the Behavioral Health program and provide referrals as necessary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, community counseling, educational counseling, substance use, or professional counseling
• Preferred experience in Mental Health and/or Substance Use
• One year of direct EAP counseling and/or assessment and referral experience preferred
• Required License: Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC)
• Membership in a professional organization is beneficial
