Job Summary
Providing outpatient counseling services, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop therapeutic treatment plans, and manage documentation while participating in a team-oriented Behavioral Health program, with remote telehealth options and quarterly onsite requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate patients, groups, or families and implement therapeutic treatment plans
- Manage caseload documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational policies
- Provide referrals and community contacts as necessary
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, community counseling, educational counseling, substance use, or professional counseling
- Active Wisconsin Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC) license
- Preferred experience in Mental Health and/or Substance Use settings
- One year of direct EAP counseling and/or assessment and referral experience preferred
- One year of counseling experience in an incarcerated/jail setting preferred
