Job Summary
Providing outpatient counseling services, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop therapeutic treatment plans, and manage caseload documentation while participating as a team member in the Behavioral Health program, with the option for remote telehealth and quarterly on-site requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate patients, groups, or families and develop therapeutic treatment plans for psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues
- Manage caseload documentation in compliance with regulatory, coding, and billing requirements
- Provide referrals and community contacts as appropriate while collaborating with the Behavioral Health team
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, community counseling, educational counseling, substance use, or professional counseling
- Valid Wisconsin Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
- Preferred one year of direct EAP counseling and/or assessment and referral experience
- Preferred one year of experience in an incarcerated/jail counseling setting
- Membership in a professional organization is beneficial
