Job Summary

To support a growing collection team, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Collection Representative will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements for past-due medical balances, and exceed performance metrics in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high-volume calls with professionalism, negotiating payment terms that align with consumer needs and company goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with legal standards while achieving performance metrics
• Build trust with consumers through active listening and effective communication, overcoming objections to facilitate payment solutions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Willingness to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year of hire
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously
• Proven reliability and punctuality in a structured work environment
• Clear initial, ongoing, and annual identity, criminal, and background checks
