Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Compl / Reg Analyst LIC.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and apply complex regulatory and compliance requirements to business practices
• Conduct investigations into allegations of abuse or neglect involving vulnerable adults
• Facilitate the Member Dispute Resolution Program, ensuring fair and timely appeals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or significant relevant work experience
• 3-10 years of directly related experience
• In-depth knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Required licenses (6, 63, and 26) for the Insurance Compliance Unit within 90 days of hire
• Experience in investigations within a regulatory compliance environment
