Job Summary

To support psychiatric nurse practitioners with medication management, the part-time Wisconsin Licensed Consulting Psychiatrist will provide clinical consultation and guidance in a fully remote role without direct client care or prescribing responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with psychiatric nurse practitioners on medication management and complex cases
• Provide guidance on medication selection, dosing, and treatment alternatives
• Support evidence-based psychiatric practices and assist with provider education and mentorship

Required qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active medical license in good standing, with eligibility for Wisconsin licensure
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric medication management
• Experience consulting with or mentoring psychiatric nurse practitioners
