Job Summary

To support members in achieving their financial goals, the fully remote Wisconsin Licensed Consumer Loan Officer will proactively make outbound calls, evaluate loan opportunities, and guide borrowers through the lending process while providing exceptional member service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to identify lending opportunities and generate loan applications
• Interview applicants and guide them through the loan application process by phone and digital channels
• Analyze financial information and evaluate applicants' creditworthiness and repayment capacity

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with members and applicants
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
