Job Summary
Leading Customer Care operations in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Customer Care Supervisor will manage staffing, workflows, and performance management while ensuring underwriting compliance and driving team success through coaching and vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personnel actions including hiring, training, and performance appraisals
- Plan and monitor service workflows to meet service-level agreements and sales goals
- Audit Customer Care interactions and provide coaching to achieve sales and quality assurance goals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of P&C insurance experience with an emphasis in underwriting
- 5+ years of contact center experience
- 1 year of customer service supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
- Agents license required
